Begin with a light and inviting classic bruschetta paired with the bright, citrusy elegance of Principessa Gavia.
From there, we move into comfort and richness with fettuccine alfredo alongside a smooth, structured Chianti Classico Riserva.
The evening concludes with a refined finish: tender veal saltimbocca complemented by the bold depth and silky tannins of Il Pino di Biserno.
