As part of Phoenix Property Company's ongoing vision for The Village, Northgate is converting an existing office building into Terraces at The Drey, an adaptive reuse project that will expand and elevate the hospitality experience within the community. Projects like this require creativity, collaboration, and a deep understanding of how to transform existing structures into destinations that meet today's evolving needs.

Set to open summer 2026, Terraces at The Drey will serve as an elevated extension of The Drey Hotel, bringing the property's total room count to 100 guest rooms and further strengthening The Village's reputation as a premier hospitality-driven destination in Dallas.

We are honored to partner with the teams at The Village and help bring this vision to life, contributing to a development that continues to set the standard for mixed-use placemaking in North Texas.

I was honored to attend D CEO's 11th Annual Women’s Leadership Symposium, Built to Last: The Long Game of Leadership, on behalf of Northgate Construction.

The symposium was equally inspiring. Cynt Marshall rocked the house by kicking off the event with her trademark energy and authenticity, setting the stage for meaningful conversations about leadership, resilience, growth, and staying power. Throughout the day, speakers shared valuable insights on what it takes to lead with purpose and create lasting influence.
