Roddy Round Up

It's a few days from the next foreclosure auction (July 7th). There is a lot of work that goes into preparing for this auction but every month, someone (not everybody) is going to buy a house 35-40% off market value. Last month, one of my newest students who lives in the Bell Co. area bought a house at auction valued at $125k, he paid $82k. We got in the house last week (had to evict) and the rehab is going to cost under $10k. He is not going to retire off this investment but it's a great first step on his real estate investing journey.
