Today’s my birthday ☺️ It felt weird to make a caption talking about myself in 3rd person and asking for birthday wishes - so instead I’ll pop in with… a selfie, like I know best.

Birthdays have always made me reflective.

Not really about age… but about life. About the people you’ve met, the moments that changed you, the hard seasons you survived, the risks you took, the things you built, and the kind of person you’re becoming through all of it.

34 today.

And if there’s one thing I keep coming back to, it’s how grateful I am for the people around me.

This community has allowed a small family dream to become something so much bigger than four walls and workouts. It’s become friendships, confidence, second chances, support systems, growth, and impact. For others, but honestly for me too.

I don’t take that lightly.

So today just feels less about a birthday… and more about saying thank you.
