Latrelle Pierce, ProCare Restorative Aide at The Harrison at Heritage, brings compassion, encouragement, and meaningful connection to the residents she supports each day.

Her favorite part of her role is spending time with residents, helping them maintain independence, encouraging mobility, and watching their confidence grow. One resident, Ms. Pamela Donnelly, especially enjoys the personal attention and lively conversation Latrelle brings while completing strengthening activities, making each session both motivating and engaging.
