We had the privilege of visiting Cedar Crest College, where our Chief Administrative Officer, Andrew Sanders, delivered an engaging Beyond Call presentation. Beyond Call covers topics not captured in a traditional curriculum. Subjects include contract stipulations, facility types, professional growth, and the evolving landscape of anesthesia care. Thank you to the students who attended and actively participated in the discussion.

We enjoyed connecting with so many talented anesthesia professionals and had many valuable conversations. Events like these are a great opportunity to share insights, build relationships, and learn from one another.

Our first-ever flagship PROBE (POCUS & Regional Oriented Bootcamp Experience) in Dallas was a huge success.

PROBE is our free, recurring regional anesthesia training designed to equip providers with the skills needed to be industry leaders in anesthesia.

Delivered across all six states we serve, PROBE reflects our ongoing commitment to clinical excellence through hands-on, high-impact education.

This sold-out, full-day experience combined expert-led instruction with real-time application using cutting-edge ultrasound technology, live models, and simulation-based learning.

Training highlights included:

- Ultrasound fundamentals: physics, knobology, and image optimization

- Upper extremity blocks: interscalene, superior trunk, suprascapular

- Lower extremity blocks: PENG, femoral, LCFN, adductor canal, popliteal sciatic, ankle

- Fascial plane blocks: ESP, PECs I & II, SAP, TAP, re**us sheath, QL

- POCUS applications: gastric, lung, and FATE exams

- Four hands-on rotation blocks with small-group stations

- Simulation lab training for high-stakes scenarios

- Ultrasound-guided IV access and needle and catheter technique practice

Led by our clinical executive team alongside guest instructors, PROBE Dallas was not a typical workshop. It was an immersive training experience built to elevate clinical skillsets and outcomes.

The energy and engagement made one thing clear: this is just the beginning. We are excited to scale PROBE and continue investing in the growth and excellence of our providers. This also sets the stage for future PROBE trainings and continued utilization of our ASA-endorsed simulation lab.
