CONFUSED: “Bathhouse” Chad West for Dallas City Council, the guy whose never said “no” to a developer tax abatement, wants to keep taxes on senior citizens at their current rate or raise them bc apparently that’s the only way, in his mind, for the city to generate enough revenue to function.

So let me get this straight (no pun intended):

If bathhouses pay high taxes and need to increase their revenue, they decide to hike their prices and stop letting the 18-24 year olds in for free.

And yet the same bathhouses are subsidizing new tenants in their building to build their own competing bathhouses.

And you think this makes sense, Chadwick?
