🌬️ Keep Your Cool This Summer! ☀️❄️

A few simple habits can help keep your apartment comfortable while allowing your air conditioner to run as efficiently as possible!

💨 Keep your air filter clean – A dirty filter makes your AC work harder. If you think your filter needs to be changed, let our office know.

🚪 Keep windows and doors closed – Don’t let your cool air escape.

🌡️ Set your thermostat and leave it – Frequently adjusting the temperature can make your system work harder than necessary.

🪟 Close blinds and curtains during the hottest part of the day – Blocking the sun helps keep your home cooler.

🛋️ Keep air vents clear – Avoid placing furniture or other items in front of vents so air can circulate properly.

🔧 Having trouble with your AC? If your apartment isn’t cooling properly, don’t wait! Submit a maintenance request through your resident portal so our team can take a look.
