Ready to be adopted, this little girl has really come out of her shell. She's bouncy and gives the sweetest little kisses! Charlotte is an 8 week old beagle. Her family was found in a storm drain. Covered in fleas and dirt, but otherwise mom had taken great care of her little ones.
