We are excited to announce our partnership with Aiken Senior Life Services in hosting two Senior Strength Training classes per week starting January 12, 2026‼️‼️ These classes will have 10 vacancies only per class and can be booked directly by visiting bodyritetraining.com. Registration is currently open 🏁🏁🏁and will fill up fast.

It is vital for people of all ages to protect, and build strength by lifting heavy stuff and progressing that load safely overtime. We recognize the need here in Aiken, SC to help our seniors specifically lift weights and improve range of motion, as well as flexibility in a safe and friendly environment.
