Meet the CCM Missions Group Directors and Leaders--Debi Sandefur is our director at the Saluda Mission Station, where she brings a career of nursing and leadership skills to her community. She and her husband, James, are recognized for serving the people of Saluda County with grace, dignity, and genuine concern since the summer of 2020. First as a volunteer then as a director of the Saluda Mission Station, she has dedicated herself to being a source of hope and help for individuals and families facing hardship. Under her leadership, the mission station provides vital services such as food security assistance, clothing, educational classes, outreach, and resource partnerships with community agencies to address local needs. Debi leads with a servant's heart, treating every person with respect and understanding while inspiring volunteers and community partners to work together for positive change. Her compassionate approach reflects a deep faith and a steadfast belief that every individual deserves encouragement, opportunity, and the chance to thrive. Through her vision and dedication, she continues to make a lasting impact on the lives of the poor, needy, broken, and marginalized throughout the Saluda community. On June 13, CCM Missions Group hosted a comprehensive leadership training event at Hope Plaza in downtown Columbia, S.C. This training was designed to equip volunteer directors, team leaders, coordinators, and ministry leaders with critical skills for serving safely and effectively in their communities. Seventy-five percent of the CCM Directors received their certifications, along with attendees from Aiken, Fairfield, Laurens, Lexington, Orangeburg, and Richland County communities. Congratulations to all of our volunteers, and thank you to all of our facilitators. You all are making a life-giving difference!
