This morning, the Summit County Continuum of Care hosted its "Homeward Collective" community friendraiser at House Three Thirty- and we could not be prouder to share that our very own Matt Seifert from the CSS PATH team was a featured speaker!

Matt spoke powerfully about his own journey through homelessness and the profound impact of lived experience in this work. When those who have walked the path are the ones guiding others through it, true connection and healing happen.

The PATH (Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness) team at Community Support Services works every day on the front lines, meeting people exactly where they are with empathy, dignity, and real-world understanding. Matt’s story is a testament to resilience and the vital importance of a supportive community response system.
