Please welcome our very first Recovery Friendly employer from the construction industry ... Beck Restoration Management Group! 🎉🎉

"BeckRMG, is a construction company focused on industrial restoration including, injection waterproofing, concrete repair, and resilient flooring. “We wanted to do something proactively that would make an impact in our community.” said BeckRMG President, Dan Beck. “It’s important that we recognize the stigma around addiction and we all work together to help save lives. There is an epidemic out there, and we all need to help. We have a great team, but someone could have invisible wounds or maybe a close family member or friend. Or even some other trade on the construction site. We want to make sure they know help is there.”
“As soon as I spoke with Constance, I knew this was something we needed to get involved with. The construction industry is much like my time in the Army. The mentality is that we are strong, and macho and we don’t need help from anyone. But in reality, many of our brothers and sisters are suffering in silence, and that needs to stop. We need to talk about this openly and frankly and provide opportunities, both passive and active, to reach out for help. The Summit County Recovery Friendly Workplace Program is exactly what we need to make sure everyone has access to that help.” said Michael Beck, BeckRMG’s Director of Business.
