Dr. Curtis is originally from the Indianapolis area, but recently made the move to Akron. She attended Indiana University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. After undergrad, she attended the Chicago College of Optometry and graduated Cum Laude. While in Optometry school, she completed rotations in primary eyecare, ocular disease, and specialty contact lenses. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, Gold Key International Optometric Honor Society, and Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors or exploring Akron with her fiancé and their new puppy, Teddy.
