Matteo Rubbi draws inspiration from the Navajo legend where a coyote addresses the First Man, who is busy arranging stones as stars in the sky. The coyote says to him: “Let the stars sit wherever they will.”
Rubbi's reproduction of mountains in the solar system rendered at a 1:100000 scale speaks to us about cosmology, myth, emblems and ritual.
