Summer Dress Alteration
Looking to Beat the Heat with some summer clothes? Up in the showcase, today, is a nice summer dress alteration by Michelle Dalton, the AMS Craft Lab Maintainer. According to Michelle:
“Here’s what I mended today! I took 8 inches off this dress for a friend. Accordion pleats are tough to hem but not impossible with the right tools! I did a narrow serged edge on the chiffon and I used the coverstitch machine on the orange liner.”
