Our submission for the competition (think Legomasters without Will Arnette): farro risotto with a spinach salad enriched with broccoli florets, apple, diced apples, black beans and chick peas with a homemade miso dressing. Re-learned how easy and more tasty it is to make small batch dressings. Unfortunately we didn’t make it to the finals but was great team building.

Cooking shakshuka, miso kale salad, oat bites, and golden milk. The induction cooktop at my station kept blowing the breaker so I had to cook at the instructor station on the stage.
