Just out of the workshop: When we found these original Art Deco chairs, they had recently been reupholstered, but the solid mahogany frames were in rough shape. The arms were cracked and nearly falling off, and the finish was dull and dinged up.

They now look amazing with new velvet and restored frames. Our woodworkers created coordinating feet to raise the seat height from an extremely low 12" to a more comfortable but still appropriate 16". As with all of our modifications on vintage pieces, this update is fully reversible.

These chairs are now off to their new home right here in Akron!
