We're kicking off with Wanted, a Bon Jovi Tribute.

Here we have our “Dirty Chai”, our vodka based boozy rendition of the beloved Chai Tea Latte, and our Chai Old Fashioned 🥃.

Came back from our little Christmas break to some furnace issues. Hopefully things get warmed up here soon. 🥶

As we all know, Diamond Deli is a downtown Akron staple and one of our neighborhood's treasures. That's in no small part due to our friend Chuck Magilavy's hard work, commitment, and talent.

As it happens Chuck is retiring and leaving the day-to-day awesomeness of Diamond Deli in the capable hands of his sons, Chad and Brett. Chuck's last day is Friday, so stop in between now and then to thank him for all the sandwiches, soup, famous carrot cake, and friendship! Thanks Chuck!

As an Akron business, one thing we try to do is support other locally owned businesses.

This week let’s give a shout out to ! They’re a Cleveland based distillery that makes the espresso infused vodka that we use in all our coffee cocktails :)

I know a few of you have indulged in our Chocolate Espresso Bean Martini - so if you were curious about what ingredients we use , here’s a cheat sheet:

• Espresso Vodka (The one posted is our go to)
• Chocolate syrup (I prefer Ghirardelli)
• Bailey’s Irish Cream (optional)
• Creme De Cacao

Feel free to garnish however you prefer - espresso beans, chocolate syrup, instant coffee even.
