Akron Dance Party

Does anyone remember the lady that came to the dances, that made clothes, & did alterations ?

I would just like to take a minute here to clear a few things up. I did not shut the dances down, Jan had nothing to do with the dances shutting down, the place is still there, still available, They are very nice people, it is the prejudice, narrow minded people, that might have saw a black face, and were scared, that shut the dance down, so if there is any reason why, there are no more DANCE PARTIES, It is because of some of YOU. It can't run, without SUPPORT. Hope this clears up some of the many rumors .

It is with much sorrow, and tears in my eyes, but AKRONDANCEPARTY has come to and end, I can no longer afford to loose money and keep them going, with so little support. I want to Thank Everyone for a great 32 years, and all your loyalty, and support, for those of you that stood by me for all, or most of those years. You will be missed. Until we meet again. THANK YOU.

Thanks to Everyone, who took time out of there busy Holiday, to make it to the Dance Party. It was a great time as always, hope to see you all again, on June 12th. Everyone is Welcome.
