This leadership transition reflects the way we've already been operating and positions us for continued growth, adaptability, and strong client partnerships.

Todd will remain actively involved in the business, providing strategic direction, financial stewardship, and advisory guidance, while Sierra oversees the agency's day-to-day operations, client strategy, and overall business leadership.
