Join us for “Faith & Fitness”, a weekly gathering designed to nourish both body and spirit in a welcoming and uplifting environment.

Event Format:
🙏 10 min – Scripture Sharing (A short devotional to inspire and uplift)
🛐 10 min – Prayer Requests (Share or reflect in personal prayer)
🧘 30 min – Light Stretch & Yoga (Gentle movement to restore the body)
🎶 10 min – Sound Bowl Therapy (Deep relaxation and meditation)

✨ This event is donation-based, with 100% of proceeds supporting Twin Towers Church facilities. Come as you are. No experience needed. Just bring a yoga mat, an open heart, and a willingness to move and connect.
