🫐 OVERFLOWING OATS 🫐

Seriously, big oat bowls like these are our favorite—packed with ginger, antioxidants, and all the energy you need to get your busy day started. In this bowl, we have all this good stuff:

‣ cooked whole grain oats
‣ frozen blueberries
‣ sliced banana
‣ chopped apple
‣ flax seeds
‣ chia seeds
‣ h**p seeds
‣ lots of cinnamon
‣ a bit of plant milk for consistency

🥦 LOADED VEGGIE PLATE 🥦

This dinner was so good—filling, tasty, and full of vitals and antioxidants. It doesn’t look it at first glance, but it’s actually hefty in protein. Hearty produce, satisfying grains, and bursts of flavor all come together here for one of the best dinners I’ve ever had.

What we used:
‣ cooked broccoli
‣ kale sautéed in olive oil
‣ cooked quinoa
‣ brown rice
‣ shredded carrots soaked in balsamic vinegar
‣ two poached eggs
‣ scallions, cumin, pepper, paprika
‣ soy sauce

🍋 SUMMERTIME QUINOA SALAD 🍋

It’s slowly starting to get warmer out, so you already know we’re pulling out our summer recipes early! This quinoa salad is a classic and absolutely DELICIOUS. Here’s the :

‣ Fresh corn
‣ Cooked quinoa
‣ Black beans
‣ Diced tomato
‣ Diced cucumber
‣ Chopped spinach
‣ Parsley
‣ Lemon juice
‣ Garlic powder, salt, pepper

Mix together, refrigerate, and serve chilled!

We love building snack bowls like these to satisfy our cravings—something about dark chocolate and sweet fruit just HITS the spot. All you need for the perfect snack bowl is a healthy fat, something sweet (like fruit), and a crunchy fiber for the texture. Here’s what we put in ours:

‣ Almonds
