Power Fitness PDX

Tomorrow begins the next Power Fitness PDX Boot Camp!!!! I have run into many of you throughout Alameda, saying you are READY to reach your fitness goals and can't wait to start boot camp. What is stopping you?? NOW is your time! All YOU have to do is lace up, get out the door and make your way to class. Once there, you'll accomplish more exercise goals in 60 minutes than most people do in their entire week! Don't stand by the sidelines cheering everyone on with their goals, it is time for YOU to reach yours too!!!
