ENCINAL ATHLETICS REGISTRATION FOR 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR

Follow these four easy steps to register for Encinal High School Athletics

Step 1: Get Your Sports Physical
Schedule a sports physical with your doctor
Important: Physical must be signed and dated after July 1, 2025
Ensure the form includes:
Doctor’s signature and date
Parent / Guardian’s signature
Doctor’s business stamp

Step 2: Register Online
Complete your registration through Arbiter Sports:

Step 3: Upload Your Physical
Log into your Arbiter Sports account
Upload a clear copy of your completed physical form

Step 4: Pay Athletic Fee
$75 per sport
