🇺🇸 Holiday Office Closure Notice 🇺🇸

The office at Roadrunner RV Park will be closed Friday and Saturday in observance of the Fourth of July holiday.

We wish all of our residents and guests a safe, happy, and relaxing holiday weekend! ❤️🤍💙

Regular office hours will resume on Monday, July 6th at 8 am. Thank you for your understanding! 🦅🏕️

Good afternoon everyone, I wanted to address a few things regarding the park and property maintenance.

As most of you know, we recently had about two full weeks of rain, and with that amount of rain it was not possible to keep the grass cut during that time. Weather conditions play a major role in maintaining the grounds.

I want to make it very clear that the park is being properly maintained. I have continued taking care of the property, including yearly palm tree trimming, and I have outsourced lawn care to ensure the grass is being cut every two weeks. I have documentation and receipts for all work being completed.

I also want to address something directly — this is not the first time this issue has come up, as it was brought up last winter season as well. I WILL NOT tolerate continued misinformation as I did last winter season especially claims that I’m not up-keeping the park when this is also my home and I take pride in keeping it up.

Moving forward, I expect ALL concerns to be brought directly to me. Everyone has access to my number, and I am always available to communicate and resolve any issues properly. Issues should not be going through third parties or spreading through assumptions.

I ask that we keep communication direct and respectful so matters can be handled correctly. Thank you.
