With all the talk about the Artemis Mission and space talk on the news, it made me think about how fun this cake was I did a few years back for a little space enthusiast’s birthday.

It’s Carrot Cake season y’all…. and if you haven’t had mine, you’re missing out. I’m not a huge fan of just any carrot cake, but when I got this recipe years ago, I knew it was the only one I’d ever need. Made from scratch and just the right amount and balance of spice. Pure deliciousness. 🥕

Look what I have today! Baby Bundt Cakes in my yummy strawberry flavor. These will feed at least four servings…Jerry says he thinks six, but I think that’s stretching it if you love cake. I have 5 available! Hurry or they will be gone!

Ashlen has them at the spa selling them today but I can get Becca to bring some home for y’all this evening. They’re $10 each or 3 for $25. Big ol hunky gourmet apples 😋
