This would be appropriation, I don't know what the program of the project is; but its probably not a building social justice.
Its especially ironic as buildings covered with real tagging get torn down for being a blight. Or worst good tagging on unused surfaces get called out as a form of failing the youth. uhh sure fund arts in schools, but shaming good tagging when capital pays good money for such art?
