Crispy Honey Butter Korean Fried Chicken (Better Than Takeout!)
Ingredients (Serves 4)
For the Chicken:
3 lbs chicken wings/drumettes
1 cup potato starch (secret for crispiness)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp ginger (grated)
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Oil for frying (vegetable or peanut)
For the Honey Butter Sauce:
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp sesame oil

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pasta with Grilled Chicken
Ingredients:
8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp butter
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Grill the Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Grill on medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Slice into strips.
3️⃣ Make the Sauce: In a pan, heat olive oil and butter. Sauté garlic until fragrant (30 sec). Pour in heavy cream, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened (~3-4 min).
4️⃣ Combine: Toss cooked pasta in the sauce. Top with grilled chicken and garnish with parsley.
5️⃣ Serve Hot: Enjoy immediately with a side of garlic bread or a fresh salad!
