New Service Alert!! 🚨 We now offer FREE in home nursing services for children. We serve eligible children under 21 years of age who are medically fragile and in need of medically necessary skilled nursing care and/or medically necessary personal care support. Eligible members should currently be receiving physician ordered services to be considered eligible for this program.
Skilled nursing and personal care services provided under GAPP (Georgia Pediatric Program) include:
•Assistance with daily living activities
•Housekeeping
•Monitoring vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration & temperature
•Assistance with ambulation & transfers
•IV therapies
•Mobility Assistance
•Bathing
•ADHD
