In an effort to replicate the beloved favorite from PF. Chang's, we combined ground chicken with hoisin sauce (a fermented bean product imparting the classic Chinese-American taste), soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sriracha, and sesame oil. Adding crunchiness is the addition of water chestnuts.
