Our Lira of Longview, granddaughter of AKC CH Destro Res Landes,the black dog pictured. Destro was a tremendous dog (if somewhat overdone by today’s standards). Years ago I did some pedigree chasing for his blood because he was known to bring heavy bone into his offspring and progeny ie; Lira 🐾🙂🐾

Longview Cane Corso has supported and backed our military and law enforcement personnel since our inception in 2008.

Self inflicted military deaths in veterans increased by 58% from 2003-2022. A gradual increase in active military self inflicted deaths increased steadily between 2011-2023 rendering them 9x more likely to die by su***de than in combat.

In law enforcement (State Police, Municipal Police, US Custom and Border patrol) the number of self inflicted deaths jumped from 152 in 2016 to 234 in 2019 with another peak observed in 2022.

I thought to get out and pick up some sticks today but there’s still too much ice 😣 I was reminded of picking up my yard in the fall and our silly Nova stealing sticks out of my wheelbarrow as fast as i collected them lol. Stick thief extraordinaire haha.
