In this workshop you will gain confidence to care for your newborn. We cover daily tasks such as diapering & bathing. We also cover more complex topics such as feeding and sleeping. We tie it all together by understanding biological norms for newborns and how to respond to their needs.

It's finally happening!! A prenatal breastfeeding class!!

Working on the postpartum floor and in the NICU I get asked so many questions about the first few days of infant feeding. It can be so overwhelming for new parents, and moms especially, to navigate when they are also recovering from birth. Your brain is so foggy and fuzzy and sleep deprived!

One of the best gifts you can give yourself is knowledge and guidance on the basics of newborn breastfeeding! And why not know it ahead of time while you are waiting for Baby to arrive?? Your soon-to-be mom brain will thank you!

This course will cover topics such as:
