Mornings can be tough! Rushing around, constantly remembering that you forgot something 🤣. One way to help calm the chaos is organzining your morning skin/make up routine. My client had plenty of space in her vanity drawers, but we kept anything that she uses daily in this organizer on top. This way she’s not fumbling through every eyeliner pencil just to find the one she uses everyday. Check out the before to see how much we moved to the drawers ➡️. Now she can grab and go.

Will containing your kid’s stuff mean they won’t make a mess anymore?! Spoiler alert - no, it won’t.

But designating a place to put things away will definitely help with clean up. It will also help with setup and all of the “Mom, have you seen my scissors/crayons/paintbrush/markers/etc”. In this client’s home, I gathered ALL of the art and craft supplies from around the house and after stocking up the kid’s desks, gave everything a home in this closet.

It doesn’t happen overnight, but with some reminders and assistance, your kids can learn where to find their things, and where to put them away.
