JOCS Bidding Opportunity – Construction Vertical: Building Construction, Rehab & New Construction. Job Order Contracts: Rochester/Buffalo Regions. Project 801703-00.
Scope: Job Order Contracts are term construction contracts that require the contractor to perform an ongoing series of small to medium sized, critical maintenance and repair projects and minor new construction projects in certain counties of NYS for SUNY campuses and programs. Bid documents include Construction Task Catalogs® that contain pre-set unit prices for a wide variety of construction tasks specifically designed for the State University Construction Fund. Bidders will bid Adjustment Factors to be applied to these unit prices. Maximum contract value per term: $2M.

Bidding Opportunity: Construction Vertical, Building Construction, Rehabilitation & New Construction – Construction. SUNY at Buffalo. Project 281054-01. Replace Roof – Downtown Gateway Building. The work of this single bid project includes: a. Abatement of EPDM roofing systems; b. Removal of perimeter roof edge systems and flashing; c. Installation of modified bitumen roofing system and liquid applied roof, roof edge system, and flashing; d. Construction of round masonry chimney to enclose existing stainless-steel stack; e. Installation of (2) RTU and (2) exhaust fans; f. Installation of lightning protection system; g. New ladders; h. Replacement and repair of existing capstones; i. Scaffolding installation for protection and access to roof; j. Roof tie-off and fall protection to be installed.
