Short Rib Tagliatelle!!!

Pasture-raised beef short ribs from Blue Sky Agriculture seared and braised for 16 hours in homemade beef stock, red wine and loads of fresh vegetables and herbs until fall off the bone tender. Served over tagliatelle pasta and tossed in our own romesco sauce that is packed with deep, rich flavor and finished with a snowfall of fresh Parmesan reggiano and fresh oregano.
