Join us Monday evenings for a multi-level drop-in class in the beautiful garden adjacent to Midway Farms. No dance experience necessary to enjoy this class- the ultimate goddess workout! Move your body and spark your creativity! Learn to embrace and celebrate your amazing body through dance movement. Prepare to have fun, meet new people and be tricked into a workout.

$10-$15 suggested sliding scale drop-in donation OR equivalent purchase at farm store prior to class.
