Property Manager for a 114-unit apartment community located in Wilton, NY; Saratoga County.

Description
Job Duties Include:

• Manage Prospective Tenant Communication
• Show Apartments
• Complete Applications, Leases & Renewals
• Manage Move In/Out Process
• Monitor Tenant Receipts / Charges and Vendor Payments
• Tenant Data Entry & Correspondence
• Coordinate / Oversee Maintenance Requests and Apartment Turn Overs
• Assist with Marketing and Advertising Initiatives
• Residents Liaison
• Coordinate with Co-Workers to Maintain Luxury Community

Qualifications:
• Property Management Experience Suggested but Willing to Train the Right Candidate
• Detail Oriented; Willing to Learn; Organized and Efficient.
• “People Pleaser”; Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Able to Manipulate Software Easily
• Must be a Team Player
• Punctual with Reliable Transportation
