Warm up
Floor dynamics

8 min AMRAP
200m run
5 ring row
5 push ups
10 air squats
10 sit ups

Fit Test:
Pairs or 2. 1 person is counter, 1 person performs max reps in one minute

We will retest these movements in 8 weeks.
