I wish every photo was perfect on camera, but that's often not how this works, especially when shooting in restaurants.

Reflections can be hard to manage, the plates are too blue, and sometimes the best spot to shoot a bowl of pasta is on a booth with a seam running down the middle.

Thank god for Photoshop. 🙌
