We are hiring sealcoating laborers to work alongside our already established crew for our asphalt maintenance company. This is a full time position, with weekday and weekend hours.

Requirements: Experience is preferred, but it is not required. We will train. This is a very physically demanding job. If you are a hard worker with a good attitude looking for a challenging job that will keep you in shape, then reply to this ad!

You must possess a VALID driver's license and be comfortable towing a trailer. You must be able to lift 75 pounds, handle hot temperatures, be responsible, reliable, and professional.

We offer paving, sealcoating, and pavement marking services to commercial, government, and residential customers. We do require each employee to have up to date Defensive driving and be OSHA 10 certified. If you don't have these qualifications, no problem we will help set them up for you.

Compensation will be based on experience. Raises will be offered based on performance. As an added bonus, some projects we work on pay inflated pay rates up to $45 an hour. Health insurance and 401K retirement plans are available.
