Our founder and CEO, Megan Baker, had the pleasure of joining hosts Anne McCloy and Billy Floyd on their lifestyle television segment, Upstate Living this week.

During the interview, Megan reflected on her transition from a 10-year television news career to founding her own public relations agency, Baker Public Relations, now The Baker Agency, in 2007.

She shared how the agency has grown from a one-person operation into a team of 10 serving clients from offices in Albany, Pittsburgh and St. Petersburg.

Megan also discussed the importance of mentorship, supporting women in leadership and giving back to the community.

Isabella is a third-year student at Marist University, pursuing a degree in public relations and advertising, with a minor in business on a public health pathway.

Isabella has always had a passion for storytelling, whether through writing or visual content. She enjoys finding creative ways to craft compelling messages and create content that connects with audiences and helps brands reach their full potential.

She is eager to gain hands-on experience and learn from the Baker team.
