In observance of Independence Day, all CSC offices are closed on Friday, July 3, 2026. We will reopen for regular business hours on Monday, July 6, 2026.

As our region’s Community Action Agency, CSC helps individuals and families find stability, overcome barriers, and build stronger futures.

Through housing, food access, energy assistance, early childhood education, workforce development, wildfire prevention, and more, we work alongside our communities to create lasting impact.

Give your child a head start!
Head Start of Lincoln County offers free, 5-star rated preschool education for children ages 3–4. Our program helps kids build the skills they need for kindergarten and beyond while supporting families with resources and care.

Who qualifies?
Children ages 3–4 by September 1, 2026 can apply. Priority is given to those with the greatest need, including children in foster care and families experiencing homelessness, receiving benefits (ERDC, SNAP, TANF), or living on a low income.
