The City of Albany annually receives Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The City maximizes the benefits of these funds by partnering with local non-profit organizations to conduct eligible Public Services activities. The RFP for Fiscal Year 2026 (52) will be made available on the Albany Community Development Agencyโs website on Monday, December 8, 2025. Please check back on Monday for the RFP, which will contain information on CDBG, eligible and ineligible activities, and the application for submitting a proposal for grants.
