Some homes simply need more room to breathe, and that's exactly what this kitchen needed.
The layout was awkward, storage was limited, and the space wasn't supporting the way this family wanted to live. Working with Project Manager Steve Shanholtz and Designer Sarah McDonald, we reimagined the entire first floor: removed the wall between the kitchen and dining room, relocated the sink to a window overlooking the outdoors, and built a new island that's as much for conversation as it is for cooking.
The difference is incredible. More light. More function. More connection. Most importantly, a home that better reflects the people who live in it.
