We also have this world class beer that we think about every single day during the Summer. One that we can’t get off our mind until we actively have one in our hands gulping it back.

ALLAGASH: WHITE

A golden standard of Belgian-style wheat beers.

Yes, you will find this beer in a lot places these days - bars, restaurants, beer stores, and grocery stores. Yes, we know a lot of you come here to drink beers you can’t easily get anywhere else. That said, we aren’t focused on seeking out rare beer. We are focused on bringing the best beers to you from around the world, and this right here, is one of them.

Serving it up properly in clean Allagash stemware, on a clean line, with the kind of head beers should have.

“…brewed with oats, malted wheat, and raw wheat for a hazy “white” appearance. Spiced with our own special blend of coriander and Curaçao orange peel.”

It’s a perfect beer.

In addition, we stocked up on the latest Summer refreshments coming out of Suarez Family Brewery. Alongside that we got the latest tart and refreshing Berliner-style weisse with all sorts of botanicals from our pals at Grimm.

Big day on the block! Aside from properly pulled cask ale, our neighbor to the left is teaming up with and going in on jorts, our other neighbor is premiering the new Jackass film. Best day really.

Fox Farm: Plucky (English-Style Pale Ale)

We’ve said it before, we’ll say it again. Nothing gets us going more than watching a freshly pulled cask ale through the beer engine cascade into the perfect pint.

This pale is doing wonders on this gloomy afternoon. Bright and citrusy, little caramel malt profile, dry finish. 4.8% abv. Available by the proper pint and half pint.

Food fridge is stocked with sandwiches, boursin, cheese and other snacks.

CASK + PORK RILLETTE SANDWICH

Suarez Family: Saunter

English-Style Dark Mild. Weather the next couple of days couldn’t be more perfect for this beer. Only 3.8% abv but packing a punch of easy drinking flavor. Subtle notes of chocolate and caramel. Silky smooth.

This is only a pin! So a smaller cask that is guaranteed not to make it past Friday night.

PORK RILLETTE SANDWICH

Chef D hooked us up with some Rillette so we had to bring it back - this time with an addition of a little layer pickled jalapeño.

Pork Rillette and Date Mostarda with Smoked Ham, Pickled Jalapeño, Pickled Red Onion, and a nice spread of Dijon on a crusty Baguette.

Limited amount will be made each day! Because of this return we have put a hold on the Smoked Whitefish for the time.
