The Company and Union met for their monthly meeting and few things were pointed out and needs to be addressed to close the year out and start 2026 strong.
Business Outlook
• At full capacity for 2026 - heavy reliance on ROLLS and Kraft paper
• The business has made strategic moves and commitments
• Utah will remain down entire year - not sold out
• Delmar is a low cost high volume plant so we will be at full capacity
• Big responsibility- we will be shipping to south and west coast, supporting nation, need sustained performance for 2026
• Annual goal is 340 million pounds
• Housekeeping is a huge part and will be addressed during next communication meeting.
We would like for all of us to close the year strong and with resilience and gratitude. Thank you

A message from Owens Corning HR department:
Open Enrollment is right around the corner! This is your annual opportunity to review and make changes to your benefits for the upcoming year. Open Enrollment will begin 10/20/25 and close 11/14/25. You will receive a copy of the 2026 Benefits Enrollment Booklet in the mail or in your Owens Corning email.
Below are highlights and key messages:
1. Active enrollment- all employees must log in and make their elections or waive coverage. Your elections from 2025 will not carry forward.
2. Anthem (blue cross blue shield) will be replacing Aetna. The plan structures are not changing – both HSA and PPO plans will be offered. The deductibles, out-of-pocket maximum, and copays/ coinsurance will remain the same for 2026 for all four medical plan options (see email for more detail). Anthem has the largest Network in the country. Anthem's network includes 99.4% of the same doctors and hospitals that were in Aetna's network.
Please Speak to HR if you have any questions regarding the changing provider network or concerns regarding transition of care.
3. CDPHP HMO Plan will remain an option for 2026.
4. New wellness incentive

Sending on behalf of Michael Radosevic:
Team Delmar,
I want to share with you details of the recently added down days to our production schedule at Delmar. Our 2025 production schedule did include 5 days of shutdown for DM2 in June. Earlier this week the business asked us to increase the number of down days to 14.
This adjustment is part of a normal inventory control strategy. The business expected the month of June to reach high inventory levels and then start to drain as demand increased into the peak fall building season. These added days will allow enough relief in our warehouse to better manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
There will be no furloughs during this time, we plan to use these additional days to perform employee training and development, execute projects and perform maintenance activities. From a tactical perspective, we have the flexibility to spread the down days between either DM1 or DM2, these decisions will be made based on what is best for the plant, our customers, and our training needs.
We will update you soon on the schedule for running DMl and DM2. In the meantime, we sincerely appreciate your flexibility and commitment.
Thank you for your continued support as we navigate this period thoughtfully and strategically.
