The challenge is to run, walk or run/walk at least a mile each day during the summer.

This is more of a phycological challenge rather than a physical challenge with plenty of health benefits.

Vac & Dash 2026 Summer Streaker Challenge The Vac & Dash 2026 Summer Streaker Challenge is on Sunday June 21, 2026 to Tuesday September 22, 2026.

It's Back! One of the first challenges Vac & Dash developed was the 31 5K's in 31 Days Challenge. 175 people participated in the challenge. This is a great challenge for Cross Country runners to prepare for the Fall Season.

Every day in July, the Challenge is to run or walk 3.1 miles. You do not have to do it continuously. You can run 2-Miles in the morning and walk 1.1 miles in the evening.

We will also have the 62 10K's in 62 Day Challenge. That is a tough one. I've done that for the last few years.
This year I am dropping down to the 5K challenge.

Vac & Dash 31 5K's in 31 Days Run/Walk Challenge The Vac & Dash 31 5Ks in 31 Days Challenge is on Saturday August 1, 2020 to Monday August 31, 2020. Run or walk at least a 5K a Day each and every day in August.
