**Now Hiring: Part-Time Guitar Shop Associate / Guitar Tech Assistant**

Backroads Guitars is looking for a reliable, guitar-loving team member to join our shop!

If you enjoy working around guitars, helping customers, and keeping things organized, we'd love to hear from you.

**What We're Looking For:**

* Guitar tech experience (basic setup, restringing, maintenance, and troubleshooting skills)
* Sales or customer service experience
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to clean, stock, and maintain a professional showroom
* Inventory management and receiving experience is a plus
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

**Responsibilities Include:**

* Assisting customers with guitar and gear purchases
* Performing basic guitar maintenance and repairs
* Cleaning and organizing the sales floor and work areas
* Stocking merchandise and managing inventory
* Helping maintain an inviting and professional shop environment

**Position Details:**

* Part-time
* 15–20 hours per week to start
* Opportunity for additional hours and growth for the right person
