Some of the most meaningful work I’ve done has unfolded behind the scenes.

Many of you may not know this, but I’ve been quietly building toward this my whole life.

Over the past few years, I’ve been immersed in an art therapy and counseling program at a small college in Santa Fe — though this path began long before that, through undergrad, life and health coaching, and yoga training.

I found myself in spaces where mind, body, and lived experience had to meet. Art therapy became where it all came together — expression, presence, and healing.

My journey is far from over, but with internship approaching, the path ahead feels clear. I’m proud of what’s been built so far and ready for what’s next. I’m equally scared, thrilled, and humbled to be embarking on a chapter that’s taken a lifetime (so far) to reach.
